Solutions to common issues with Nixa Duplicate.

Duplicate Links Not Showing

Solutions:

• Check that the plugin is activated
• Verify your user role has permission (Admin or Editor for free version)
• Check Settings → Nixa Duplicate → Post Types to ensure the post type is enabled
• Clear any caching plugins
• Check for JavaScript errors in browser console

Duplicate Created But Missing Content

Solutions:

• Check Settings → Nixa Duplicate → Copy Options to ensure content copying is enabled
• If using page builders, ensure "Copy Meta" is enabled
• Check for plugin conflicts by temporarily disabling other plugins

Permission Denied Error

Solutions:

• Verify your user role is enabled in Nixa Duplicate settings
• Ensure you have WordPress capability to edit the post type
• For Pro: Check per-post-type permissions if enabled

Pro License Won't Activate

Solutions:

• Check for extra spaces before/after the license key
• Ensure your server can make outbound HTTPS requests
• Verify the license hasn't reached its site limit
• Try deactivating on other sites first

Bulk Duplication Fails

Solutions:

• Try smaller batches (10-20 posts at a time)
• Enable Performance Mode in Pro settings
• Increase PHP memory limit and max execution time
• Check server error logs for specific errors
