Duplication Presets PRO
Save your duplication settings for quick, consistent reuse.
What Are Presets?
Presets store your preferred duplication configuration — what to copy, default status, title suffix — so you can apply them with a single click.
Creating a Preset
Go to Presets
Navigate to Settings → Nixa Duplicate Pro → Presets.
Add New Preset
Click Add New Preset button.
Configure Options
Set the name, copy options, default status, and title suffix.
Save
Click Save Preset. It's now available in row actions and bulk modal.
Preset Options
| Option | Description |

| Name | Descriptive identifier shown in menus |
| Copy Content | Include post content |
| Copy Featured Image | Include thumbnail |
| Copy Taxonomies | Include categories, tags, custom taxonomies |
| Copy Meta | Include custom fields |
| Copy ACF | Include ACF fields |
| Copy Comments | Include approved comments |
| Copy Author | Keep original author |
| Copy Date | Keep original date |
| Default Status | Status for duplicates (draft, publish, etc.) |
| Title Suffix | Text appended to title |
Using Presets
From Row Actions
Hover over any post to see:
Duplicate with Preset: [Preset 1] | [Preset 2] | [Preset 3]
Click a preset name to duplicate with those settings.
From Bulk Modal
When using bulk duplication, select a preset from the dropdown before clicking Duplicate.
From WP-CLI
wp nixa-duplicate duplicate 123 --preset=my-preset
Preset Examples
Content + Featured Image only, no meta/taxonomies. Perfect for starting fresh from a template.
Everything copied, status = Private. Great for archiving content with all data.
Content + Image + Taxonomies, status = Published, no suffix. For rapid content variations.
Managing Presets
- Edit: Click the preset name to modify
- Delete: Click the trash icon (with confirmation)
- Reorder: Drag and drop to change display order
